Acidifying Foods

It is thought that disease can only live in an acid environment, so by avoiding it, you give your body a better chance at fighting off anything that may come your way.

Try to limit your intake of acidifying foods to no more than 30% of your total daily intake of food. If you are unwell, it is advisable to try to limit these completely until you are feeling better.

This list is by no means exhaustive but gives you a starting point.
