How long will it take to get my book?

IIt normally takes 4 weeks to have your book prepared and sent to you from the time your payment is received. Allow for an extra week if you are having your book printed and bound.

I've submitted my "Recipe Request", what do I do now?

Once you've submitted your completed questionnaire, we will send you payment details. You can either pay via direct deposit, send us a cheque or money order.

What if I don’t like the recipes in the book?

It is really important when you fill out your questionnaire to take advantage of the extra areas to write in, to let me know what style of food you like. If you really hate soups then you need to tell me, if you have a lot of business meetings where you need to take a nibbly plate then you need to tell me.  I can only put together recipes from what you tell me, so be really specific.

 

What can I expect in my Recipe Book?

Your recipe book will consist of roughly 100 recipes broken down into Soups / Salads / Light Meals / Main Meals /On The Side / Baking / Deserts / Sauces & Condiments. If you state in your questionnaire that you never eat soup for example, then I will give you more recipes in the other sections.

 

Why can’t I get the recipe to work?

Most recipes, if you follow them correctly, you will not have any problems reproducing the item.  However, when it comes to baking there can be a few difficulties that require trial and error. The correct baking of a slice or a cake can be altered by different humidity and climates, ovens and so on.  If this occurs, you simply need to email me and tell me what you have tried to make and what the outcome was.  We will continue to alter it until the recipe suits your environment.  I am always just an email away for any questions you have regarding your recipes, so don’t hesitate to ask questions.  I am here to help make the food in your life pleasurable.
