If there was one thing that we should all do to improve our health is to remove any heavy metals from our body. Almost all modern day diseases can be linked in some way or another to Heavy Metal overload. Alzheimers has been linked to Aluminium and Mercury linked to Autism as just two examples. The following are the major ones that affect our everyday lives and the sources that we are getting them from.
Aluminium

Cadmium

This list is not exhaustive so I encourage you to do your own research into any heavy metal you feel may be affecting you. There are many ways to chelate (flush out) the metals from your body. The following are the ways I use myself. Keep in mind, any chelating method you use must be combined with drinking lots of water to help get it out.

Fresh coriander - Some studies say that consuming a minimum of 2 tablespoons of coriander a day can chelate mercury in particular from your body.
