So you have been to your health practitioner and you have in hand your restricted diet list of what you can and can’t eat – what now?

If you suffer from a disease that limits your food choices, such as Coeliac Disease, or have food allergies, such as lactose intolerance, or you are simply trying to achieve good health because you have a thyroid problem or Candida, it can be daunting to know what to eat and how to replace the foods you have relied on until now.

At Recipes by Request I take into account
• what you can and can’t eat
• what you like and don’t like
• what ingredients you have available to you
• your level of cooking ability
• what equipment you have in your kitchen
• what foods you miss most

Once I establish these things an individually tailored cook book with over 100 recipes can be devised just for you.
The most effective way to stick to your eating regime and therefore enjoy good health is to have choices. You don’t want to find yourself saying “What am I going to eat?” That’s a recipe for failure!!

It’s easy to buy a thousand cookbooks, but you may only use a couple of recipes from each book which makes them VERY expensive recipes. This recipe book only comes with ingredients you like, use and can buy in your suburb. I take the hard work out of finding things to eat.

At Recipes by Request I can produce cookbooks that include everything from school lunches to a finger food plate for the work function, depending on your situation. Every recipe is trialled and tasted by guinea pigs that usually have no diet restrictions and therefore will say straight up whether they would eat it again or pick the normal option.

I believe that most symptoms of disease and health issues can be greatly improved and managed by your body getting the food that is suitable to them. Everybody is different in what they can and can’t eat, but everybody is the same when it comes to wanting nice tasty food.

When you are having a barbeque or dinner party - how nice would it be to be able to serve everyone the same and not have the guests notice that they are eating modified choices. How lovely to have everyone comment on your beautiful chocolate cake you served and ate for morning tea, with them not realising it was wheat and dairy free?
Food is our social connection to others, so it is important to be able to participate without your body paying for it later.

I have a passion for helping people with food and I love a challenge.
So please let me help you.
I look forward to receiving your questionnaire.
